FEBRUARY IS THE NEW JANUARY.
While i despise diet talk and new year/new you rhetoric, I do think New Years provides an awesome opportunity to get started on a new goal. My favorite goals are not ones that diminish bodies, but instead ones that strengthen. Goals that connect us to our inherent power and our deep innate abilities to crush it.
I fear the Portland snow could dampen that spirit. New goals are awesome, but scary to take on and with weather barriers?! That shit is REAL. The idea of someone losing their drive because this relentless snow and ice blocked their way totally breaks my feminist, body stoked, health at every size coach heart.
