Do you still get stuck eating high fat, high sugar, high calorie dense foods that don't give you much of a nutritional advantage? Are you snacking on crunchy, sweet, salty, and chewy snacks to fill some sort of non-nutritional void? You'd better check your 'why'.

We get attached to WHAT we are eating because it is seemingly easy to address and makes food the problem. Food isn't the problem, and you know it. Go deep. Spend some time thinking about HOW you eat your food and WHY you get stuck eating food that you know doesn't make you feel good- at least in the long-term.
