Used in this side dish:
1 zucchini, cut into rounds then halved
2 small carrots, diced
1 cup sweet kernel corn
3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
12 fresh asparagus tips
Bell pepper of your choice, cut into strips
Grapeseed or olive oil
Jada Spices Barbecue Chicken Salt

Vegetable combinations are numerous with this. Just be sure to cut pieces into similar sizes so they grill fairly evenly. 
Put all vegetables in a bowl, except for corn) and toss with 2 T. oil and 1 generous teaspoon of Jada chicken salt. 
Heat an oiled grill or stovetop grill pan. 
Place vegetables on grill plate in a single layer. 
Meanwhile, cook corn in the microwave or saucepan according to package instructions.  Drain and set aside. 
At about the 3 minute mark, turn vegetables over so they can grill on other side.
Grill for a total of approximately 6 minutes in total or to your desired firmness.
Move grilled vegetables to a serving bowl. 
Add the corn and another sprinkle of Jada chicken salt, if desired for extra flavor. Enjoy!
